Infrastructure compliance with vault rooms

Clients, company boards, and insurance providers require many companies in separate industries to maintain robust and secure digital data rooms for file storage, sharing, and collaboration and M&A.

For 14 years, Vault Rooms Inc. has provided members in the healthcare industry, construction industry, and real estate the ability to comply with infrastructure and digital security standards by way of our industry leading data room software.

Whether it’s Vault Rooms’ certifications, awards, or customer reviews that make us the best, we’re always getting better in order to serve you.

In addition to basic compliance, Vault Rooms Inc. provides secure data rooms with the following features, which many of our competitors charge extra for, or don’t offer at all!

Virus Scanning: Are there holes in your central system for viruses or malware to break in? Vault Rooms implements Symantec’s industry leading endpoint virus scanning software to protect your business from external threats.

Encryption: What level of security does your data room need to provide? Some grades may not be enough to properly defend information, especially if professional hackers come across your data room. Vault Rooms uses 2048-bit encryption to ensure maximum security.

Testing: Do you know the frequency that your data room tests its system function? If you asked your data room provider, could they answer the question? At Vault Rooms, our digital vault security is tested no less than twice a year for infrastructure weak points and new tricks that hackers may be attempting.

Firewall: If you have suffered a breach, are you aware it’s happened quickly enough to lock the system? Vault Rooms utilizes intrusion detection software and monitors firewall mechanisms to ensure that nothing gets through, nor can it do damage on the inside of your system.

Uptime: Vault Rooms boasts a 99.5% or greater uptime availability for our customers. A data room with less than that record is not recommended for infrastructure compliance purposes, otherwise you may find yourself locked out of your own system repeatedly.

Amazon Web Services (AWS): Vault Rooms utilizes SOC 2 Compliance with our data center, putting it on par with many systems operated by AWS across the globe.

SECURITY MEASURES | Secure Digital Vault Rooms

Two-Factor Authentication: Prevent bad actors from breaking into employee accounts should a password be stolen.

Digital Rights Management: Put an end to easy copy and pasting of private company documentation.

Compartmentalized Data Protection: When setting up new employees, granting promotions, and working with temporary contractors, make sure they have access to all the information necessary, and not a page more.
