Dan Bradbary of V-Rooms™ Virtual Data Rooms will present a workshop on process management at The Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors’ (AM&AA) Summer Conference.

The 2014 AM&AA Summer Conference has the theme “Evolve: Capturing Opportunities in Today’s Market”, and will be held at the JW Marriott in Chicago, July 22-24. The AM&AA conference includes over 500 attendees including executives, investment bankers, leading private equity investors, senior and mezzanine lenders, CPA’s, attorneys, business valuators, consultants, and other advisors.
Dan Bradbary has a long history in project and process management. Prior to founding Due Diligence Online, LLC (dba V-Rooms™ ), Dan was the CEO of Project Management Services, Inc, a 150-person management consulting firm. Project Management Services, Inc. counted AT&T, Delta Air Lines, DuPont, IBM and Motorola as among their clients. Dan sold this company in 1997 and then wrote Herding Chickens: Innovative Techniques for Project Management (Wiley & Sons). Dan has also been an Angel Investor and served as a corporate officer of several start-up medical device, diagnostic and pharmaceutical companies. He started Due Diligence Online, LLC in 2004 based on the need for a simpler, more cost effective way to share information. Dan holds an MBA from Georgia State University in addition to a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Georgia Tech.
As part of the M&A process improvement, Dan will also be discussing the launch of the Global Deal Market platform which provides deals in online secure virtual data rooms for Family Offices that are gearing up for direct investments in companies. These Investors have become apprehensive about investing in funds, yet lack the time to sift through hundreds of deals marketed through email.
