V-Rooms™ will attend and sponsor the 2013 AM&AA Winter Conference, A World of Opportunity, in Miami, FL at the Hilton in Downtown Miami and announce the launch of V-Rooms™. The 2013 AM&AA Winter Conference, a premier networking and educational event for middle market M&A professionals, will be held January 14 -17, 2013.
V-Rooms™ Pro is an upgrade of the V-Rooms™ virtual data room platform and gives users multi-room access to data room. This allows merger and acquisition professionals involved in multiple deals and PPMs to access each project with one account and username. V-Rooms™ Pro also has the option to allow data room administrators to enable or disable Batch Download. This feature allows users to download the entire contents of a data room to be viewed offline and on their local computer. V-Rooms™ Pro has also made further improvements to the user and administrator interfaces and the security features related to user management.
