V-Rooms™, a leading virtual data room provider, has formed a strategic partnership with the Atlanta World Trade Center. AWTC will provide V-Rooms with international support in making foreign consulates, ambassadors and corporate membership aware of V-Room’s secure online document exchange platform.
V-Rooms’s™ document tracking capabilities allow foreign consulates and ambassadors to have a clear paper trail on when documents were viewed by the other party and V-Room’s DRM capabilities allow only the appropriate parties to edit or view the documents.

The Atlanta World Trade Center will also assist V-Rooms in tweaking their data room for use in import / export compliance, which has become heavily regulated to prevent exporters in regulated, white-listed shipping to middle-men in less-regulated, white-listed counties who then ship the product to black-listed countries. V-Rooms™ is looking to expand its data room’s usage into assisting import/export companies in keeping written, confidential records of shipping documents including confirmation of delivery, receipt, and intent of the purchaser.
